About your stay

Your stay commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure, unless agreed in advance.

All bedding, linen, toiletries and bath towels are provided. Electricity, gas, wi-fi, Sky TV, cleaning at the end of the stay and, if you are staying for more than one week, cleaning at the end of your first week are included in the cost of the stay.

We have the right to refuse bookings of groups of single people under the age of 21 or of all male or female parties where we are concerned that their behaviour might disturb our neighbours.

Payments

To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable payment of 25% of the cost of the stay is required.

Eight weeks before the start of the stay you are required pay the balance payment.

If any payment is not received by the relevant due dates, we shall be entitled to treat your booking as cancelled and to retain any monies already paid by you.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, you remain responsible for the total cost of the stay and we reserve the right to retain the initial payment.

Your responsibilities

To take great care of the property.

To vacate the property by 10am at the end of your stay.

To report to us any disrepair or defect.

No smoking on the property.

Not to re-arrange, change or remove any of the property’s installations, furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Not to block the baths, sinks, lavatories, cisterns, drains, gutters, pipes, chimneys and the like.

Not to change or install any locks on any doors or windows nor have additional keys made for any locks.

If there is any material breach of these conditions including, but not limited to property damage or disturbance, we reserve the right to re-enter the property and terminate the stay without prejudice to our other rights and remedies.
